business model
PINFRA is one of the main companies in Mexico dedicated to the promotion, development, construction, financing, and operation of infrastructure projects. To date, it has 23 concession titles (comprising 27 active toll roads, and 2 with partial works ), 1 port terminal, 1 operation contract for a bridge, and an operation contract for toll collection on the FONADIN toll road network. In addition to its main business, the company owns 2 plants that produce asphalt mixtures, as well as a construction segment that is primarily focused on the administration and supervision of construction and maintenance projects for the toll roads under the company's concession titles.
PINFRA considers that its main advantage as a concession manager and operator is its well-defined and effective business model, which is based on the identification of infrastructure projects, strategic investment in them, and their subsequent efficient management, in order to generate consistent and predictable cash flows. PINFRA develops self-sufficient concessions with attractive returns and revenue streams.
