David Peñaloza Alanís

Chief Executive Officer

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting from Universidad Anáhuac and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Harvard University.
He is currently Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Previously, he held positions in prestigious financial institutions such as Société Générale, GBM and Serfin.

Carlos Césarman Kolteniuk

Chief Financial Officer

He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Anáhuac. He is currently a Director, Corporate Director of Finance and Investor Relations.
Prior to his role at PINFRA, he has held relevant positions in other organizations, such as Campos Hermanos and is founder of INOVAMED, a management company dedicated to the health sector. He has also served as a professor in the Department of Business Administration and Economics at the Universidad Iberoamericana.

Manuel Pérez del Toro Rivera Torres

Chief Operating Officer

He holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana.
Before joining the Company, he was Director of New Projects at Consorcio ARA and founder of Casacom.

Luis Fernando Valle Álvarez

Director of Finance and New Projects

He holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Iberoamericana.
He has 29 years of experience in the promotion, evaluation and financing of infrastructure projects. He has worked at Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste and Grupo Tribasa.

Francisco Hugo Cajiga Castillo

General Counsel

Lawyer with a specialization in Tax Law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
Within his career he has served as General Counsel of Grupo GOMO and Deputy General Counsel of GBM. He has been a professor at the Universidad Iberoamericana in the Banking and Commercial School.

Salvador Sánchez Garza

Executive Manager of IPM

Chemical Engineer from Universidad Iberoamericana, with a Master's Degree in Administration from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
He has previously served as Director of API Altamira (1994-1998) and Altamira Customs (1993-1994). Prior to 1993, he worked for companies in the chemical industry such as DuPont and Mexichem.

Guadalupe Espinosa Mejía

Human Capital Director

Lawyer with a specialization in Labor Law from UNAM, with a Master's Degree in Strategic Management of Human Capital and a PhD in Social Responsibility and Innovation from ANAHUAC.
She has experience in Labor Relations, Human Resources and Social Responsibility. Throughout her 20-year career, she has held different roles in companies such as Iusacell, ARA and Liverpool.

Ángel Pineda Altamirano

Corporate Director of Administration and Treasury

Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting from Universidad de America del Norte. More than 25 years in administration, control and management of highway projects.
Joined the group in 1988 and has held positions as Manager of Consolidation of Financial Statements and Taxes in Grupo Tribasa, Administrative Manager of Highways in Operation and Administrative Director of the Concessions Sector.

Lorena Arias Cardenas

Via Pass Director

Public Accountant from Universidad Anáhuac, with studies in credit and finance from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
Within her professional career she has developed in the banking and finance sector. He joined the group in 2017 and is currently responsible for the Company's nationwide electronic toll collection project.

Andrea Zainos de la Sota Riva

Investor Relations Manager

Architect from Universidad Anáhuac, with postgraduate studies in Strategic Management and a Master's Degree in Finance from the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM).
Prior to joining PINFRA, he worked in urban architecture and construction firms. He has six years of experience leading the Investor Relations area in the company.

PRINFRA (Promotora y Operadora de Infraestructura, S.A.B. de C.V.) is a major concessionaire in Mexico. To date, the Company holds 23 concessions (including 27 active toll roads, and 2 with partial works), 1 port terminal, 1 bridge operation contract and one electronic toll operation contract for the FONADIN highway network.
