David Peñaloza Alanís
Chief Executive Officer/Chairman
Mr. David Peñaloza Alanís is the current Chairman and CEO of the Company. He worked at Société Générale, GBM and Serfín. Mr. Peñaloza Alanís holds a degree in accounting from the Universidad Anáhuac and a postgraduate degree in business administration from Harvard University. Mr. Peñaloza Alanís is the brother of Mrs. Adriana Graciela Peñaloza Alanís.
Carlos Césarman Kolteniuk
Chief Financial Officer/Investor Relations Officer
Mr. Carlos Césarman Kolteniuk acts as a Director, Chief Financial Officer, and Investor Relations Officer of the Company. He worked at Industrias Campos Hermanos and founded Inovamed, a management company specialized in the healthcare sector. Mr. Césarman holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad Anáhuac.
Manuel Pérez del Toro Rivera Torres
Chief Operations Officer
Mr. Manuel Pérez del Toro Rivera Torres is the Company’s Chief Operating Officer. Before joining the Company, he was New Projects Manager in at Consorcio ARA and founded Casacom, a provider of telecommunications and television services for ARA's residential projects. Mr. Pérez holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana.
Luis Fernando Valle Álvarez
Chief Investment Officer
Mr. Luís Fernando Valle Álvarez is the Company's Chief Investment Officer. He has 27 years of experience in the promotion, evaluation, and financing of infrastructure projects, working previously at Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, and Grupo Tribasa. Mr. Valle holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Universidad Iberoamericana.
Francisco Hugo Cajiga Castillo
General Counsel
Mr. Francisco Hugo Cajiga Castillo is the Company's General Counsel. He held the same position at Grupo GOMO and was Assistant General Counsel of GBM. He was a professor of the master's degree in law at the Universidad Iberoamericana; and of the Stock Market and Financial Law Program of the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial. Mr. Cajiga holds a law degree with a specialization in tax law from the Escuela Libre de Derecho.

Gabriel Cárdenas Cornish
New Projects Manager
Mr. Gabriel Cárdenas Cornish has been the Company's New Projects Manager since 2011. Previously, he was Vice President of Grupo CFC, a company dedicated to the construction of offshore platforms, for 15 years, and CFO of IMPSAT. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a specialization in financial engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana.
Salvador Sánchez Garza
Executive Manager of IPM
Mr. Salvador Sánchez Garza is the Executive Manager of IPM. He holds a degree in chemical engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana and a master's degree in administration from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, “ITESM” for its Spanish acronym). He was director of API Altamira from 1994 to 1998 and of Altamira Customs from 1993 to 1994.
