    The Secretariat of Communications and Transport (Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transporte, “SCT” for its Spanish acronym) awarded PINFRA, through a public tender, the concession for the construction, operation, commercial exploitation, preservation and management of La Gloria - San Fernando section of the Monterrey-Nuevo Laredo , toll road, for a term of 30 years and an approximate investment of Ps.3 billion plus an initial consideration of Ps.405 million.

    PINFRA launched Fibra Vía (Ticker symbol: FVIA), the first investment vehicle of its kind in the market, with the purpose of supporting the government's national program to bolster the instruments currently available to finance the infrastructure sector. The value of the REIT’s total assets was Ps.11.8 billion, of which the Company contributed 53.6%.

    The SCT awarded PINFRA the Viaducto Elevado La Raza-Indios Verdes-Santa Clara concession , with a construction cost excluding VAT of approximately Ps.4.4 billion and an estimated construction time of 24 months.

    The Company adopted the name “Promotora y Operadora de Infraestructura, S.A.B. de CV”, thereby embarking on a new growth phase, consolidating the soundness of its financial position by entering into several non-recourse securitizations of toll roads, a strategy that has allowed the Company to generate substantial value for its shareholders.

    PINFRA opened the Tlaxcala-Puebla toll road, a concession granted by the Tlaxcala state government, involving an investment of Ps.800 million. The A2 toll road is 17.5 km long and connects the capitals of both states in 12 minutes, generating significant savings in distance and travel times-

    The Company entered into a JV with OHL México, S.A.B. de C.V. to hold the state concession for the elevated viaduct in the metropolitan area of Puebla, with a term of 30 years from the start of operations. The viaduct has a length of 13.3 km, with a total investment of Ps.10 billion and a guaranteed IRR of 10%.

    PINFRA was awarded the concession for the “Jantetelco-El Higuerón (Xicatlacotla)” section of the SIGLO XXI toll road in the State of Morelos,, with a length of 61.8 km, acting as leader of a consortium formed with ALDESA and CKD GMB Infraestructura. This was thanks to the fact that the Company’s consortium submitted the proposal with the lowest estimated investment, which was Ps.679.8 million, implying a difference of Ps.490.2 million vs. the second lowest bid.

    Under an environment reshaped by the adoption of the Federal Government's National Infrastructure Plan, the Company participated in the Mexico-Toluca toll road project, with the construction of the Marquesa-Lerma section, which has an approximate length of 14 km, involving an investment of Ps.3.5 billion.

    The Company was created in 2003 as a result of the corporate structuring of a new business model focused on the promotion, development, and management of infrastructure projects.
