Who is PINFRA?
Promotora y Operadora de Infraestructura, S.A.B. de C.V. (“PINFRA”), is a
major
concessionaire in Mexico. To date, the Company owns 21 concession titles, including 29 toll
roads, one port
terminal, one bridge operation contract, and one electronic toll operation contract for the
the National
Infrastructure Fund (Fondo Nacional de Infrastructura, “FONADIN”) highway network. The toll
road concessions
include the operation of 29 roads (23 of which are fully operational, 3 are under
construction, and 2 are
partially operational and still under construction) and the operation of a bridge.
Where does PINFRA operate?
The Company operates nationwide, its concessions are located in Mexico City
and the
States of Mexico, Morelos, Puebla, Tlaxcala, Michoacán, Colima, Sonora, Tamaulipas, Nuevo
León, and
Veracruz. The Company's concessions generate stable and predictable cash flows, which, as we
have scaled
down our debt, provide resources to develop new infrastructure projects. Additionally, we
have been able to
extend the terms of several concessions by expanding and improving existing highways.

PINFRA was established in 1960 with the inception of Grupo Tribasa, S.A. de
C.V., a
company that operates infrastructure projects in Mexico.
