It provides minor maintenance and operation services for the toll roads concessioned to PINFRA.

It is currently the second largest operator in the country after the Federal Roads and Bridges and Related Services (Caminos y Puentes Federales, “CAPUFE” for its Spanish acronym) with 41.7 million vehicles traveled on its toll roads in 2007.

PINFRA’s subsidiary that holds the concession to commercially exploit and operate Altamira’s second multipurpose port terminal. It also provides related services: reception, storage, and shipment of goods; hauling or transfer of goods; loading and unloading from ship to yard and vice versa; loading and unloading from yard to ground transportation and vice versa; filling and emptying of containers; general cargo storage; mooring and unmooring of ropes; and handling, storage, and custody of foreign trade merchandise. The contract for the transfer of rights and obligations in favor of the Company has a term of 20 years with an extension option for up to an additional 20 years.

PRINFRA (Promotora y Operadora de Infraestructura, S.A.B. de C.V.) is a major concessionaire in Mexico. To date, the Company holds 22 concessions (including 26 active toll roads, 2 with partial works, and 1 with pending procedures), 1 port terminal, 1 bridge operation contract and one electronic toll operation contract for the FONADIN highway network.
