Strategies to harness the Company's strengths and continue driving business growth include:

The Company plans to continue promoting its existing long-standing relationships with the federal and state governments, by actively pursuing meaningful interactions, as relevant authorities tend to be supportive of private initiative. In this way, infrastructure needs are identified to anticipate and propose specific projects in particular regions.

PINFRA seeks to maximize the profitability of each of the its concessions in order to generate value for its shareholders through the following initiatives:

  • Invest in improvements and maintenance of concessioned toll roads, in order to improve their condition and meet more effectively the needs of their users. These enhancements are carried out with the approval of the competent authorities and often lead to additional revenue through increased toll rates, traffic, or both.
  • Improve the operating performance of the concessions, seeking to maximize their profitability in terms of cash flow generation, focusing on driving greater operational efficiency.
  • Negotiating extensions of the concessions’ terms, in which PINFRA assumes the commitment to reinvest in the concessions in accordance with Mexican law. When entering into a new concession title, the Company negotiates the inclusion of renewal clauses to match future investment, with the purpose of maximizing the value of its assets.
