The Company's external auditors are Galaz, Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C. (Member of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited). The external auditors are selected by the board of directors, based on the opinion of the audit committee.
Galaz, Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C., have been the external auditors of the Company since 2008. To date, the auditors have not issued any qualified opinion nor have they refrained from expressing any opinion with respect to the Company's consolidated financial statements.
In 2024, 2023 and 2022, Galaz, Yamazaki, Ruiz Urquiza, S.C. provided the Company with other services in addition to auditing, especially in transfer pricing matters, which do not affect its independence. In total, the Company paid during 2024, 2023 and 2022 for the provision of additional audit services, the amount of Ps.16.5, Ps.16.0 and Ps.16.2. million, respectively.
