Concession for the Atlixco-Jantetelco Highway: Concession granted to CONCEMEX (currently CPAC as a result of a merger) by the Puebla state government, through the SCT, for the construction, operation, and maintenance of (i) the Atlixco-San Bartolo-Cohuecán section, and (ii) the Cohuecán-Acteopan section.

Concession for the Morelia-Aeropuerto Highway: Concession granted to Purépecha by the government of the Michoacán state government, for the construction, operation, use, preservation, and maintenance of a two-lane asphalt highway section with an approximate length of 23 km.

Concession for the Pátzcuaro-Uruapan-Lázaro Cárdenas Highway: Concession granted to Concesionaria de Autopistas de Michoacán, S.A. de C.V., by the federal government through the SCT to (i) build, operate, commercially exploit, preserve, and maintain for 30 years the Morelia and Uruapan freeways, and (ii) build, operate, exploit, preserve, and maintain the high-spec Pátzcuaro-Uruapan- Lázaro Cárdenas highway and the modernization works associated with the aforementioned asset.

Concession for the Tlaxcala-San Martin Texmelucan Highway: Concession granted to AUCAL by the federal government, through the SCT, subsequently assigned by AUCAL to PAPSA, subsequently held by Zonalta (as a result of the merger with VCCPacífico, which in turn received the concession from the spin-off of PAPSA), and currently being held by Autovías San Martín Texmelucan, S.A. de C.V. (as a result of the merger between GCM, VCO and Zonalta, ending with the partial spin-off of GCM and the partial spin-off of Impulsora de Vías SMT and AM, now Promovías Terrestres), for the construction, operation, commercial exploitation, preservation, and maintenance of a subsection of four asphalt lanes, with an approximate length of 25.5 km, of the highway that connects the city of Tlaxcala with San Martín Texmelucan, Puebla.

Concession for the Tlaxcala-Puebla Highway: Concession granted to CONCEMEX (currently CPAC due to a merger) by the government of the State of Tlaxcala, for the construction, operation, and maintenance of a section of two asphalt lanes, with an approximate length of 16 km, of the Tlaxcala-Puebla highway.

Concession Assignment Agreement for the Peñón-Texcoco Highway: Assignment agreement dated May 18, 1993, between the government of the State of Mexico and CPAC, whereby the government of the State of Mexico assigned to CPAC the concession for the Peñón-Texcoco Highway, through a partial spin-off of CPAC, the concession was assigned to Desarrollo Global de Concesiones S.A. de C.V., the current holder.

Concession Assignment Agreement for the Tlaxcala-San Martín Texmelucan Highway: Assignment agreement dated November 19, 2010, between AUCAL and PAPSA, whereby AUCAL assigned to PAPSA the concession for the Tlaxcala-San Martín Texmelucan Highway, as well as certain rights derived from a lawsuit filed by AUCAL against the government of the State of Tlaxcala.

Concession Assignment Agreement for the Altamira Port Terminal: Assignment agreement dated April 19, 1996, among APIA, IPM, Grupo Tribasa, and Tribade, whereby APIA assigned to IPM its rights and obligations on the concession for the Altamira Port Terminal.

Atlixco-San Bartolo-Cohuecán Section: The two-lane asphalt road section, with an approximate length of 38 km, linking Atlixco and San Bartolo in the State of Puebla.

Cohuecán-Acteopan Section: The two-lane road section, with an approximate length of 10.6 km, connecting Cohuecán and Acteopan in the State of Puebla.
